Returns

Due to COVID-19 we will not be accepting returns on any of our Mask Range

We will gladly accept products for return or exchange. All returns must be unworn/unwashed with all original packaging and tags intact. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, any items received after that date a Hannah Elizabeth gift card will be issued.

All refunds will be processed once returned items have been received. Please allow a maximum of 14 days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is complete.

Delivery

Orders will take up to a maximum of 10 days to be dispatched (we do not dispatch orders on Sunday's or Bank Holidays).
